Coaching objectives
Typical coaching objectives that my clients bring range from a need to increase their effectiveness in leading themselves, their teams, or their organizations in order to create better engagement or to evolve other key leadership competencies and behaviors. These objectives often come at pivotal moments in their careers such as role transitions and in times of heightened uncertainty.
We always work with the aspiration to generate awareness, insights and appropriate action steps that help you achieve your objectives and ultimately become more effective and successful.
Coaching process and alignment
Transparency and clarity on what you want to achieve with your coaching are key. We therefore clearly define your coaching objectives at the start of our partnership together with your organizational sponsor. We also agree on key touch points along the way (such as mid-term and final review meetings, feedback) and discuss "what ifs..." that might pose a challenge during the engagement.

My programs usually run over the span of 6-12 months. Depending on your circumstances and objectives, the program parameters are tailored to you:
