Working with me you benefit from an integrated and comprehensive approach that reflects my professional experience from over 20 years in leadership positions in strategy consulting, human capital, and social impact investing. Having worked with C-suite leaders and executive teams in a variety of sectors – and having been amid it all myself –, I bring a diverse perspective and have an in-depth understanding of the challenges in high-performance and purpose-driven environments. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
My coaching approach is an integrated one that combines my extensive understanding of business and organizational life with my psychological expertise and experience in people development. It builds on evidence-based approaches such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and strength-based coaching. My work includes a wide range of tools and I draw on 360-degree feedback (e.g. based on the Leadership Circle Profile) and personality assessments when useful.
The coaching programs I offer to my individual clients and teams are bespoke and tailored to their development needs and respective organizational context. I meet my clients where they are. At the heart of my coaching approach are confidential coaching conversations that usually span over several months and that are based on a partnership of trust and mutual respect. For individual sessions and team interventions alike, the sponsor of the coaching engagement and key stakeholders are involved in the coaching process from beginning to end through defined touch points and jointly agreed coaching objectives.
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and adhere to their Code of Ethics and the Ethical Conduct Review Process.
