Hi, I'm Charlotte.

I am an executive coach and sparring partner to senior leaders, founders, board members and executive leadership teams. My work brings together a deep understanding of business and organizational life with a genuine interest in the people and human dynamics that shape leadership.

Before becoming a coach, I spent almost 20 years in strategy consulting, human capital and social impact investing. At Bain & Company, I advised clients on growth strategy, leadership alignment and organizational change and, as part of the Human Capital team, was responsible for the career development of consultants. As a partner at BonVenture, a social venture capital fund, I supported founders in scaling their businesses and served on boards. These experiences have given me first-hand insight into the challenges, pressures and complexities senior leaders face.

My coaching combines this business perspective with psychological depth. At its heart is a trusting partnership that combines empathy with constructive challenge. I create space for open reflection, help clients uncover underlying patterns and assumptions, and bring structure and perspective to turn insights into lasting change.

I live in Munich with my family. Beyond work, I love traveling and discovering new places. Environmental conservation and equitable access to education for children are causes particularly close to my heart.
