ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Charlotte. I work as an executive coach and advisory partner to senior leaders and executive teams to support them in successfully navigating complex, high performance environments.

With over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, human capital, and social impact investing, I have worked with leaders across various sectors, gaining deep insights into the challenges of high-performance and purpose-driven organizations. Before becoming an executive coach, I held senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, advising on growth strategies and organizational change, and was a partner in a social venture capital fund, supporting start-ups and holding board mandates. I have broad experience working with C-suite executives and leadership teams across multinational corporations, family businesses, NGOs, and start-ups in diverse industries.

My background is in business management with a focus on psychology holding a PhD in marketing and consumer behavior from University of Hamburg and a master’s degree in degree in systems psychodynamics and organizational change from INSEAD. I am a certified executive coach with qualifications from Henley Business School, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Kets de Vries Institute (KDVI), and am trained in leadership assessments (Leadership Circle Profile and MBTI), coaching constellations, and the Immunity to Change approach.

Having worked in and with national and international organizations in Europe, the UK and the US adds to a diverse and broad perspective which I bring to my coaching assignments. I live in Munich, Germany, together with my husband and our teenage kids. My passion besides work and family is to travel and explore new places in this world. The conservation of our precious world and children’s equitable access to education are causes close to my heart.
