ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Charlotte. I work as an executive coach and advisory partner with senior leaders and executive teams to successfully navigate the complex high performance environments they operate in.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I held senior leadership roles at Bain & Company in human capital and strategy consulting advising clients on growth strategies, leadership alignment and organizational change. Moreover, I was partner in a social venture capital fund, holding board mandates and supporting entrepreneurs in growing their start-ups. My experience working with C-suite executives and their leadership teams in multi-national corporations, family businesses, NGOs and start-ups spans across a variety of sectors including professional services, private equity, consumer goods, mobility services and telecommunications.

My background is in business management with a focus on psychology holding a PhD in marketing and consumer behavior from University of Hamburg and a master’s degree from INSEAD focusing on the psychodynamics of organizational change. My professional certificate in executive coaching is from Henley Business School and my group coaching certification from the Kets de Vries Institute (KDVI). I am a certified ICF coach and a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile and the MBTI.  My trainings include the Immunity to change approach and coaching constellations.

Having worked in and with national and international organizations in Europe, the UK and the US adds to a diverse and broad perspective which I bring to my coaching assignments. I live in Munich, Germany, together with my husband and two teenage kids. My passion besides work and family is to travel and explore new places in this world. The conservation of our precious world and children’s equitable access to education are causes close to my heart.
